Fantastic location, stylish themed rooms, unique book collection in the lobby

Room sizes quite small, air-conditioning systems struggle to maintain comfort!!! Housekeeping responsiveness needs improvement-cleaning too late sometimes!!! Don't expect basic amenities, like adapters or scale, to be available!!! Room layout awkward with no privacy in the bathroom!!!

unbeatable location and delicious breakfast with many choices.

We booked the hotel at the last minute for a business trip. Would normally have looked at the big chains in central Paris but they were all full due to the airshow. As it happened the hotel was in a good location (2 mins from the Arc de Triomphe), was clean and had friendly staff. The rooms are small, but adequate and the rate for central Paris was actually quite fair.

Staff were helpful throughout our stay. The cozy room was beautifully decorated and the location was ideal for sightseeing. The bathroom was a bit cramped. We felt very welcomed and appreciated the attention to detail.

Small room, ok clean but old rusty rubber around the shower, just a little soap and shampoo and an internet connection that was not working that great. It would be ok for a "Paris" price of 110euros a night but definitely not for 245 euros!!!!!!! At that price, it's an absolute and ridiculous rip-off.

The location and the restaurants around were very good.

A cozy stay in Paris bliss

Stumbled upon the good afternoon cake in the lobby-what a charming surprise! The staff exuded warmth, especially the lovely ambiance.

Our room faced some noise from the street was good. The air conditioning struggled , leading to a less than restful sleep.

I liked the friendliness of the staff,and how willing they were to make our holiday,as enjoyable as possible.The hotel is excellently located to all the main shopping areas and tourist attractions. We have stayed there before and will again in the future.

No,we've stayed ina number of hotels in Paris and it would match them all.

Magnificent and amazing location right near the metro station, and 10 minute walk from a wide tree-lined avenue. Based next to Eiffel Tower and river boats as well as LaFayette and Printemps. Early check-in, parking in the area. Private parking, shuttle to the airport.

Tired bathroom.

Charming and cozy atmosphere with elegant decor. The staff was attentive, we felt at home. The highlight was the delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and bread, a true treat each morning. While the Petit Marinière Room was lovely, it was on the smaller side, which may present a challenge for longer visits.

Proximity....definitely needs upgrade for 3 star

The hotel is in a great location, near to the metro. The breakfast was very delicious. The room were very clean and comfortable. Actually, we had no problems with the hotel and that's why i recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris.

Clean, comfortable. No frills but perfect if you're just using it to sleep.

Lack of facilities like an iron. Didn't use breakfast so can't comment.

Great location for the price. Clean, modern, helpful - everthing I needed for my trip. Didn't have breakfast, L'Etoile nearby is an excellent cafe, and Cesars amazing value italian on Ave Wagram.
